How FitPinch works (Stripe review-friendly).
FitPinch is a digital platform that allows users to buy and sell fashion items (new, second-hand, vintage and handmade) through an online marketplace.
FitPinch does not sell products directly and acts solely as a technology platform and payment intermediary. Contracts of sale are concluded directly between independent sellers and buyers.
Each item is listed by third-party sellers (users or shops) who are responsible for product listings, pricing, shipping and fulfillment, and for ensuring items comply with applicable laws.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Funds may be temporarily held to ensure transaction security and dispute resolution. FitPinch does not store card details.
Buyers can report issues such as damaged, incorrect or missing items through the platform. FitPinch may review disputes and, where applicable, issue refunds or partial refunds based on provided evidence.
