FitPinch is an online marketplace that connects independent buyers and sellers of fashion items. FitPinch does not sell products directly and is not the merchant of record. Contracts of sale are concluded directly between buyers and sellers.
Users must create an account and provide accurate information. FitPinch may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, unlawful activity or abuse of the platform.
Sellers are responsible for listings and must ensure items are lawful and accurately described. Counterfeit, illegal or prohibited items are not allowed.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Funds may be temporarily held to ensure transaction security and allow dispute resolution. FitPinch does not store payment card details.
Sellers are responsible for shipping, packaging and fulfillment within the timelines indicated on the platform.
Buyers may report issues such as damaged, incorrect or missing items. FitPinch may review disputes and decide on refunds or partial refunds based on evidence provided. FitPinch decisions are final for platform processes.
FitPinch is not responsible for the quality, legality, authenticity or delivery of items sold by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, FitPinch shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses.
